1. Rented Books

• Borrowed books must be returned by the due date.
• Overdue returns will incur penalties, calculated based on the delay duration.

2. Purchased Books

• Returns are accepted only for books damaged during delivery.
• To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order ID and photos of the damaged book within 7 days of delivery.

3.Refunds

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
